KINGS MOUNTAIN NC

Welcome to the historical city and the turning point of the Revolutionary War.  Kings Mountain sits in a geographically convenient location: 20+/- minutes to Charlotte, 75+/- minutes to Greenville SC, 90+/- to Asheville NC.  Kings Mountain is recognized as a leader in public education in Cleveland County.  Kings Mountain offers four Elementary Schools, an Intermediate School (5 & 6 grades), a Middle School (7 & 8 grades), and a High School (9 thru 12).  Kings Mountain has it’s own hospital and many long term care options for it’s residents.  Kings Mountain was ranked 13th safest city in North Carolina for 2019. 

The population in Kings Mountain is approximately 13,000.  This city has many features that make it unique: A downtown amphitheater and park, a state military park, gateway trails, mountain hiking trails, a 2,000 acre lake (Moss), golf course(s), Two Kings Casino and much more.
